Notice to certified teachers living in the USD 421 district boundaries but not currently employed in a Kansas school district: Certified teachers living in the USD 421 district who are not currently employed by a Kansas school district are eligible to file a professional development plan with the district's local professional development council for licensure renewal purposes. Those individuals not employed by USD 421 will be required to reimburse the district for expenses incurred by USD 421.
